Richardson County is located in the southeast corner of Nebraska. Peggy Davidson, President. Mission Statement The Richardson County Cancer Fund, Inc., is a local organization serving the people of Richardson County. Our mission and purpose is to provide monetary assistance to Richardson County residents for transportation costs incurred during cancer treatments outside of Richardson County.
